Workout #1

Today I ran for 15 minutes. I also did some crubches -- 3 sets of 20 left, right, center, 20 knee pull -ins, 10 lunges (5 each), 10 open leg squats.

Well, that's not as good as I want, but I'll run even more tomororw. I got a bad calf cramp, but that's because I haven't worked out all summer. I'm going to die once softball starts again...er I'm such an idiot! It's because of my procrastination implant.

Edit: My goal is to add five minutes every day until I'm running about 45-60 minutes each day.
