Work out #6

So today I ran a mile with my team mate. 11:42. Which is what I wanted, less than 12. I need to get it better though. And I will. I still have 12 days to get it better. Tomorrow morning she and I are supposed to do some poles and some sprints/baserunning. So I need to push myself harder on the mile. I always just run it the same I think. Or close to it. I'm going to get better. I will.
