Work out #4

Cardio: 20 minutes
Abs: 3 sets of 20 right, left, center crunches, and scissors

So I was disappointed because I again did not add five minutes. My thighs feel better but my calves are still tight. I feel like I'm running faster though. I guess today was a lazy day. I forced myself to go out there, but I couldn't push myself.
