Work Out #2

Today I ran for 20 minutes (although I did walk some uphill battles). I also did 2 sets of 30 left, right, center crunches; 20 leg pull ins; 10 open leg squats.

My legs were/are pretty tight. I have to get used to this again or else softball is going to be a bitch! But I think I'll be allright by the time the season starts. My muscles are small though. Daaamn. I want a bowflex. I should put that on my birthday list. Bowflex so I can get muscly. And then Coach will be happy.
