I've taken three days off, which could be good and bad. Good because my muscles can rest, but bad because I'm not exercising. So on Sunday I heard on KFI this woman. She's on the Biggest Loser, anyway she suggested on her show to have a food journal, to write down what you eat, at what time, and why you're eating so that can help you monitor your behavior. She also has her own website where you can get your own weight loss program. Well let's see if that helps any.
